The book “The Secret” has been all over the news lately as well as showing up on Oprah.   It is touted as the best self-help book in years, but the premise behind the chatter has been around for decades.  Many people are already applying the methods they discuss in their daily lives.   Visualization is one of the key factors in manifesting your desires.  And although it is easy to create a mental picture of what you want to change or happen, it is often difficult to do so over time.  With the stress of our busy lives it is easy to forget your goals.   So if you can just remember to believe, then you will be able to create the life you want.

With this in mind I created a simple mantra bracelet that can be worn every day to remind us to “believe”.  Believe in oneself, believe in our dreams and believe in others.

I just love beads, the texture, the colors, the way you find them all over the floor…. (well not that part).  I have been beading for about 10 years and finally got up the nerve to sell my trinkets on the Internet. (www.stringofjewels.com)

I create a lot of jewelry using turquoise and fresh water pearls.  They remind me of the ocean and seem to calm my mind as I work.
